Baker Loving Integrative Services (B.L.I.S.) is where inclusion meets innovation. Co-founded by Dominique Loving and Janelle McDonald, B.L.I.S. was born from a shared vision — to create inclusive, dynamic, and supportive environments for neurodiverse children, youth, and families. What began as a collaborative extension of Loving Business Solutions has evolved into a thriving community resource that bridges education, therapy, and recreation. At B.L.I.S., we believe that every child deserves to shine. Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are — nurturing growth, confidence, and connection through evidence-based practices and compassionate partnerships. We offer integrative and adaptive programming that empowers families, schools, and communities, including:

• Private Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services
• Related Services in schools: ABA, Speech, OT
• Professional development & staff training for educators, churches and community leaders
• Adaptive recreation programs — from art and sports clinics to inclusive summer and seasonal camps
• Collaborative consulting for schools, churches, and organizations serving individuals with diverse needs.
