In August 2023, Dominique founded Loving Business Solutions, LLC (LBS), a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses—especially those in the therapy and service industries—build strong operational foundations. Through LBS, she has supported countless organizations with administration, compliance, credentialing, recruiting, marketing, and strategic planning, empowering them to operate efficiently and sustainably. Her signature approach blends compassion with precision—ensuring that every business she touches not only grows but thrives.

 

Building on her passion for systems and service, Dominique expanded her vision in 2024 by co-founding Baker Loving Integrative Services (B.L.I.S.) alongside Janelle McDonald, BCBA/LBA. B.L.I.S. was born from a shared mission: to transform the lives of neurodiverse individuals through inclusive therapy, adaptive recreation, and professional development programs. With Dominique’s operational and communication expertise and Janelle’s clinical leadership, B.L.I.S. partners with schools, daycares, and communities to create environments where every child, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to succeed. Goals and Vision Through both of her ventures, Dominique’s goals are united by a common purpose: to build systems that empower people. 

 

For Loving Business Solutions, Dominique’s mission is to equip entrepreneurs and small business owners with the tools, systems, and confidence to scale sustainably—bridging the gap between vision and execution. Beyond consulting, her vision is to build a vibrant networking community of professionals across various industries, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and shared growth. LBS will also serve as a hub for enrichment training, specialty classes, and professional development workshops, offering small business owners hands-on learning experiences and opportunities to connect with peers who share their drive for excellence and impact.

 

For Baker Loving Integrative Services, Dominique’s goal is to expand access to quality, integrative services for neurodiverse children and adults across the nation. She envisions a future where B.L.I.S. stands as a national model for inclusive programming, offering summer camps, school partnerships, clinical services, and advocacy that drive long-term community change.
